鎳基合金廣泛應用于航空航天、能源電力等行業中,然而在一些腐蝕性極其嚴苛的腐蝕環境中,鎳基合金將遭到嚴重的腐蝕破壞。近些年,越來越多的國內外學者對不同類型的鎳基合金在高溫環境下的腐蝕行為進行了較為深入的研究,然而到目前為止,對鎳基合金高溫腐蝕的系統歸納和總結還較為缺乏。基于此,對鎳基合金高溫腐蝕研究工作進行了較為全面的梳理,從高溫氧化、混合氣體腐蝕、熱腐蝕以及其它腐蝕4個方面闡述了鎳基合金在不同高溫環境下的腐蝕行為,結果表明:① 部分鎳基合金在高溫環境下合金表面形成致密氧化膜,起到一定的保護作用,但過高的溫度可能會引起氧化膜破裂。② 相比高溫氧化,混合氣體腐蝕相對復雜,其危害性比單一氣氛也更大。③ 因服役環境的不同,鎳基合金熱腐蝕種類較多。當合金中含有稀土元素時,耐熱腐蝕性能更好,但含量不宜過高。④ 多孔鎳基合金高溫腐蝕呈現出不同特點,但目前其腐蝕機理尚不十分明晰。基于研究現狀,提出了進一步提高鎳基合金高溫腐蝕性能的研究重點,以期為鎳基合金的設計制備和長壽命服役提供科學參考。

Nickel based alloys are widely used in industries such as aerospace, energy,and power. However, in some highly corrosive environments, nickel based alloys will suffer severe corrosion damage. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have increasingly conducted in-depth research on the corrosion behavior of different types of nickel based alloys in high temperature environments. However, there is still a lack of systematic induction and summary of high temperature corrosion of nickel based alloys. Based on this,this article provides a comprehensive review of the research on high temperature corrosion of nickel based alloys, elaborating on the corrosion behavior of nickel-based alloys in different high temperature environments from four aspects: high temperature oxidation, mixed gas corrosion, hot corrosion, and other corrosion. The results show as follows. ① For some nickel based alloys, a dense oxide film is formed on the alloy surface in high temperature environments, which plays a certain protective role, but excessive temperature may cause the oxide film to rupture. ② Compared to high temperature oxidation, mixed gas corrosion is relatively complex and its harm is greater than that of a single atmosphere. ③ Due to different service environments, there are many types of hot corrosion of nickel based alloys. When the alloy contains rare earth elements, the heat and corrosion resistance is better, but the content should not be too high. ④ For porous nickel based alloys, their high temperature corrosion exhibits different characteristics, but the corrosion mechanism is currently not very clear. Based on the current research status, research focuses are proposed to further improve the high temperature corrosion performance of nickel based alloys, in order to provide scientific references for the advanced preparation and long service life of nickel based alloys.
