近年來鎂合金在汽車輕量化方面發揮了積極的作用。為了適應鎂合金快速發展的需求,鎂合金的鑄造技術,尤其是壓鑄技術得到了長足的發展。在傳統鑄造工藝的基礎上介紹了幾種鎂合金鑄造工藝的新進展,主要包括鎂合金真空低壓消失模鑄造新技術、鎂合金液態壓鑄鍛造雙控成型技術、充氧壓鑄技術、真空壓鑄技術、半固態壓鑄技術、鎂合金雙輥連續鑄軋技術及鎂合金電磁連續鑄造技術。

Magnesium alloy has been playing an important role in lightweighting of automobile in recent years. In order to keep pace with the fast development of magnesium alloy, great progress has been made for magnesium casting technique, especially the die casting technique. Based on the traditional casting technique, new progresses of several magnesium casting techniques were introduced, including magnesium lowpressure expendable pattern casting process, magnesium liquid diecasting forging double control forming technology, magnesium pore free die casting process, magnesium vacuum die casting process, magnesium semisolid die casting technologies, magnesium twin roller continuous casting process, and magnesium electromagnetic continuous casting process.
