采用靜電自組裝實現了殼聚糖(CS)對碳微球(CMSs)的包覆。將化學氣相沉積法制得的CMSs用HNO3和H2O2混合溶液進行表面氧化修飾,引入含氧官能團,使其表面帶負電,通過靜電作用力與帶正電的CS自組裝,從而改變了CMSs的表面活性。利用場發射掃描電子顯微鏡、傅立葉紅外光譜儀、X-射線衍射儀及熱重分析儀等檢測手段表征了產物的形貌和結構特征。結果表明:CS成功地組裝到CMSs表面,當CMSs與CS的質量比為1∶2時,CS均勻覆蓋于CMSs表面,而且在水溶液和乙醇中的分散性較好。

Carbon microspheres (CMSs) covered with chitosan (CS) was performed by electrostatic self assembly.CMSs,which were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition,were firstly oxidized by a mixture of concentrated HNO3 and H 2O 2,thus changing the surface activity of CMSs by electrostatic interaction between CMSs with negative charge and CS with positive charge.The morphologies and microstructures of the products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry,X ray diffraction,and thermogravimetry.The results indicate that CS was self assembled on the surface of CMSs.When the mass ratio of CMSs to CS was 1∶2,the surface of CMSs was uniformly covered with CS and dispersion in water and ethanol was improved.
