REBCO涂層導體具有J c(77K)高于106 A/cm2的臨界電流密度和高的不可逆場H irr 77 K),展示了在液氮溫度下非常有實用前景的超導性質,從而成為目前各國競相研究開發的焦點。簡要概述了高溫涂層導體薄膜的制備技術,著重介紹了脈沖激光沉積、金屬有機物沉積、化學氣相沉積、溶膠-凝膠、磁控濺射和液相外延等方法的特征、優缺點和最新發展情況,并對REBCO高溫超導涂層導體的應用前景進行了展望。

RE BCO coated conductor has demonstrated promising superconducting properties for use at liquid nitrogen temperatures with critical current density, Jc,(at 77 K) higher than 106 A·cm -2, and high irreversibility field, Hirr (77 K), so many countries have focused on its research. The fabrication technology of high temperature coated conductor is reviewed. The characteristics, relative merits and recent development of the preparation methods, such as pulsed laser deposition (PLD), metal organic deposition (MOD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), solgel, magnetron sputtering, and liquid phase epitaxy (LPE), have been analyzed and stressed.
