利用鎂及鎂合金耐蝕的特點,發展新型醫用可降解的鎂基生物材料引起廣泛關注,成為當今金屬生物材料領域新的研究熱點。表面改性方法是控制鎂基材料降解速率和改善生物活性的重要手段,是當前鎂基生物材料研究的重要內容之一。文章介紹了鎂基生物材料的性能優勢,綜述了當前鎂基生物材料表面改性的研究進展及改性后材料的生物相容性,評述了各種改性方法的特點和當前研究重點,并展望了鎂基材料未來表面改性的研究方向和前景。

The potentialities of magnesium in biodegradable biomaterial field have caused great interests recently. Surface modification is an important method to control the degradation rate and improve the biological activity of magnesium based materials. The latest research progress in surface modification of magnesium based materials and the biocompatibility of modified materials are reviewed, and the characteristics and research focus of various modification methods are described. The future research direction and the prospects of magnesium based biomaterials are also put forward.
