鎂合金作為新型可降解醫(yī)用金屬材料,近年來成為生物材料領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),并越來越受到生物、材料和醫(yī)學(xué)界的關(guān)注和重視。從工程用鎂合金、新型醫(yī)用鎂合金、表面改性鎂合金和新穎結(jié)構(gòu)鎂合金4個方面綜述了國際和國內(nèi)生物可降解鎂合金方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)地介紹和總結(jié)了目前生物可降解鎂合金材料的合金設(shè)計、力學(xué)性能、體液腐蝕特性、細(xì)胞毒性和動物體內(nèi)植入實(shí)驗(yàn)的相關(guān)結(jié)果,展望了未來生物可降解鎂合金亟待解決的科學(xué)問題和應(yīng)用前景。

Magnesium alloys have attracted increasing attention as new biodegradable metal materials and have been widely researched in recent years. The development of magnesium alloys has been reviewed from four aspects: engineering Mg alloy, newly designed Mg alloy, surface modified Mg alloy, and Mg alloy with novel structure. The investigated results in alloy design, mechanical property, corrosion property, cytotoxicity, and animal test have been systematically introduced and summarized. Finally, the unsolved scientific problems of biodegradable magnesium alloys and their possible applications are proposed.
