研究了直接沉淀法合成Sc2O3納米粉的工藝。以硝酸鈧[Sc(NO3)3]為母鹽,氨水(NH3·H2O)作沉淀劑,采用直接沉淀法合成出網(wǎng)狀的前軀沉淀物,同時分析了前驅(qū)體的熱分解過程。通過X射線衍射和紅外光譜對前軀體的物相組成進(jìn)行了定性分析,結(jié)果表明,該前軀沉淀物為γ〖JP2〗ScOOH·nH2O與NH4Sc3(SO4)2(OH)6nH2O的兩相混合物。前軀體經(jīng)過微化處理后,在1 000 ℃的溫度下煅燒,生成的Sc2O3納米粉具有純度較高、顆粒粒度小(40 nm)、粒度分布窄、近似球形Sc2O3的性能,但是粉體產(chǎn)生了輕微團聚的現(xiàn)象。

Synthesis of Sc2O3 nanopowders by direct precipitation approach has been investigated. The netlike precursor was synthesized taking ammonia as precipitant and scandium nitrate solution as mother liquor. Phase transformation of the precursor upon calcination was analyzed. The results show that Sc2O3 nanopowders calcined at 1 000 ℃ are spherical, ultrafine (40 nm), and of high purity and narrow particle size distribution.
