用原子探針層析技術和時效模擬方法,研究了不同Ni含量并且提高了Cu含量的反應堆壓力容器(RPV)用模擬鋼中富Cu、富Ni和富Mn原子團簇的形成。結果表明,提高鋼中的Ni含量會促使富Cu原子團簇的析出,富Cu原子團簇中含有Ni和Mn。實驗檢測到富Ni的原子團簇,團簇中含有Cu和Mn,富Ni原子團簇可以作為富Cu原子團簇析出時的形核區。實驗還檢測到富Mn原子團簇,當Mn原子團簇中含有較高的Ni時,它也可以成為富Cu原子團簇析出時成核的地方。由于鋼中的合金元素Ni在形成富Ni原子團簇后會成為富Cu原子團簇析出時成核區,因而提高Ni的含量將促進富Cu原子團簇的析出,這是合金元素Ni會增加壓力容器鋼中子輻照脆化敏感性的本質原因。

The effect of nickel alloying element on the precipitation of Cu rich clusters in RPV model steel has been investigated by means of atom probe tomography. 40 kg ingots of RPV model steel were prepared by vacuum induction furnace melting with two different Ni contents (0 79 wt.% and 1 52 wt.%) and with higher Cu content (0 5 wt.%). The specimens of 50 × 40 mm 2, 4 mm in thickness, were heattreated by 880 ℃-20 min water quenching, 660 ℃-10 h tempering, and 400 ℃ aging, different from 100 h to 2 000 h.
