以國產蒸汽發生器傳熱管用GH690合金為研究對象,通過評價其斷裂韌性及拉伸特性,結合光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和透射電鏡分析,研究了合金由室溫~623 K的力學性能。研究結果表明,室溫下GH690合金低的層錯能,易生成形變孿晶,使得合金在孿生的協調下塑性變形能力提高,同時孿晶促進裂紋擴展轉向,使合金在斷裂過程中吸收更多的能量,維持合金高的斷裂韌性。隨著溫度的升高,合金的層錯能增加,導致形變孿晶生成困難,合金應力集中程度加劇,裂紋從而平直擴展,合金的斷裂韌性降低。由于合金的室溫層錯能較低,合金在拉伸時能夠通過孿生協調變形,同時生成的孿晶阻礙了位錯的滑移而提高了合金的強度和塑性。隨著形變溫度的升高,合金通過孿生協調變形的能力降低,導至合金的變形機制由孿生轉變為滑移,滑移產生的加工硬化效應小于孿生,故合金的強度和延伸率隨之降低。
