針對粉末冶金行業最新發展的幾種短流程成形固結新技術,結合華南理工大學近十多年來在粉末材料-工藝-裝備-零件一體化方面開展的研究,重點闡述了粉末冶金溫壓成形、高速壓制成形、噴射成形、多場作用下粉末成形與燒結一體化技術的研究進展及應用情況。指出在粉末冶金成形固結研究領域,合理拓展現有粉末冶金技術規范的空間,有望給傳統粉末冶金成形固結技術注入新的活力。粉末冶金成形固結新技術的不斷出現,必將促進先進制造業和高技術產業的快速發展,也必將給材料工程和制造業帶來更加光明的前景。
