由于航空、航天用零部件對材料比強度有很高的要求,因此鈦合金作為一種高比強合金在航空、航天領域的應用越來越多,而且這類零部件常采用薄壁復雜結構。若采用水冷坩堝方式熔煉鈦合金,會導致鈦合金熔體流動性差,因此,離心鑄造方法已成為鈦合金薄壁復雜鑄件精密成形的主要方法。介紹了離心場下鈦合金鑄件精密鑄造成形理論及技術的發展過程,在此基礎上總結了離心場下鈦合金熔體的充型、凝固行為及鑄件缺陷形成規律,提出了立式離心鑄造技術改進方案,并對未來離心場下成型理論與技術的發展提出了展望。
