在鋼鐵材料中得到成功應(yīng)用的傳統(tǒng)表面技術(shù),在鈦表面處理上也得到了較廣泛的應(yīng)用,但傳統(tǒng)的表面技術(shù)存在著許多不適應(yīng)于鈦材處理的技術(shù)壁壘,因此,針對鈦材料的特殊性能發(fā)展起來的液相等離子體處理技術(shù)、等離子表面冶金技術(shù)、鈦電極涂層技術(shù)、鈦生物涂層技術(shù)、鈦建筑材料的表面處理技術(shù)等成為鈦材表面處理技術(shù)新的發(fā)展方向。主要綜述了傳統(tǒng)表面技術(shù)和液相等離子體處理技術(shù)、等離子表面冶金技術(shù)2種新技術(shù)在鈦材表面上應(yīng)用的研究成果。
- Abstract:

The conventional surface technology is successfully applied in steel material and has also been relatively widespread used in surface treatment of titanium material.However,it is found that the titanium material surface treatment by these conventional surface technologies is not all suitable and has lots of technique rampart.Hereby,aim to special properties of titanium material,a good number of surface modification procedures such as liquid plasma electrolyte treatment,plasma surface metallurgy etc.have been developed and become the development trend of the titanium material surface treatment technology in future.In this paper,the research status of titanium material by conventional surface technologies,and the surface treatment research progress of titanium material by two novel surface technologies such as liquid plasma electrolyte treatment and plasma surface metallurgy were described.
