固態(tài)相變已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)材料的增強(qiáng)增韌延伸到新型功能材料研究領(lǐng)域,引發(fā)多種奇特的物理效應(yīng)。目前已經(jīng)形成一批基于固態(tài)相變的新型功能材料。這些新型功能材料蘊含著豐富的固態(tài)相變理論。固態(tài)相變現(xiàn)已成為新型功能材料設(shè)計與功能特性實現(xiàn)的重要手段之一。文章結(jié)合作者在固態(tài)相變及特種功能材料方面的研究工作,重點介紹高溫形狀記憶合金、高阻尼形狀記憶合金、磁致伸縮材料和熱障涂層材料中的固態(tài)相變特征及其在這些特種功能材料設(shè)計與功能實現(xiàn)和調(diào)控中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展。

Solid state phase transformations have been extended from toughening and strengthening of traditional structural materials to advanced functional materials, inducing many interesting physical phenomena. Varieties of functional materials have been developed based on the solid state phase transformations.
