鐵基形狀記憶合金的形狀記憶效應(yīng)和超彈性取決于合金的馬氏體相變特征,掌握鐵基合金的馬氏體相變規(guī)律是開發(fā)和優(yōu)化鐵基形狀記憶合金的前提。根據(jù)馬氏體相變類型將目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的鐵基形狀記憶合金分成3類:Fe-Mn-Si系,F(xiàn)e-Ni-Co系和Fe-Pt/Fe-Pd系,分別闡述了3類鐵基形狀記憶合金馬氏體相變的研究進(jìn)展,總結(jié)了鐵基合金形狀記憶效應(yīng)的不同機(jī)理和影響馬氏體相變特征的各種因素,探討了開發(fā)新型鐵基形狀記憶合金的需要關(guān)注的方向。

shape memory effect and superelasticity of Febased alloys depend on the natures of martensitic transformation in ironbased alloy. Understanding of martensitic transformation in iron based alloys is important for development and optimization of Febased shape memory alloys. Based on the different features of martensitic transformation, Fe based shape memory alloys are divided into three categories, including FeMnSi,F(xiàn)eNiCo and FePt/FePd system.
