納米多孔金屬鎳材料的研制成功,開拓了多孔金屬新的應用領域。綜述了脫合金法從NiAl合金中制備納米多孔鎳材料的必要條件,并分析了脫元素法和脫相法各自的特點。脫元素法獲得的納米多孔鎳的結構是三維無序內部互連通孔結構,而脫相法會產生原有的γ相或γ′相與多孔結構互相交織的網狀結構,其中互通孔道大多為幾百納米寬。脫相法是個電化學控制的過程,脫元素法不需要加電壓。同時,指出了納米多孔鎳基材料的應用領域及今后的研究方向。

The successful development of nanoporous nickel and nickel alloy materials has opened up new application fields of porous metal. Essential requirement of the nanoporous nickel materials preparaed by dealloying from NiAl alloy was reviewed in this paper. The specialties of deelement and dephase method were also pointed out respectively.
