采用包埋法和低壓化學(xué)氣相沉積(CVD)法在碳/碳(C/C)復(fù)合材料表面依次制備了Ta 2O 5 TaC內(nèi)涂層和SiC外涂層,用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)及電子能譜(EDS)對(duì)涂層的相組成、微觀形貌和元素組成進(jìn)行了分析,研究了涂覆涂層后C/C復(fù)合材料在1 500 ℃靜態(tài)空氣中的防氧化性能及在氧-乙炔燒蝕中的抗燒蝕性能。結(jié)果表明:采用兩步法制得的Ta 2O 5 TaC/SiC復(fù)合涂層結(jié)構(gòu)致密,該復(fù)合涂層有效提高了C/C復(fù)合材料的抗氧化和抗燒蝕性能;Ta 2O 5 TaC/SiC復(fù)合涂層在1 500 ℃靜態(tài)空氣環(huán)境下可對(duì)C/C復(fù)合材料有效保護(hù)100 h以上;涂層試樣在氧乙炔燒蝕環(huán)境中燒蝕60 s表明涂層可將C/C復(fù)合材料的線燒蝕率降低47 07%,質(zhì)量燒蝕率降低29 20%。

To improve the property of anti oxidation and anti ablation of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites at high temperature, Ta 2O 5 TaC inner layer and SiC outer layer were prepared on the surface of C/C composites by pack cementation and chemical vapor deposition, respectively. Micro structure of asprepared coating was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The coated specimens were tested in static air atmosphere at 1 500 ℃and oxyacetylene ablation to research their properties of anti oxidation and antiablation. The results show that Ta2O 5 TaC/SiC multilayer coating could prevent C/C matrix from oxidation in static air atmosphere at 1 500 ℃ over 100h. The linear and mass ablative rates of coated specimens could be reduced by 47 07% and 29 20% respectively after an oxyacetylene ablation test for 60 s, indicating that Ta2O5TaC/SiC multilayer coating could effectively improve the anti ablation property of C/C composites.
