提高高鐵彈條鋼的疲勞性能,除了要求彈條鋼具有較高的純凈度外,還必須控制彈條鋼中的非金屬夾雜物。彈條鋼中存在的脆性和不變形非金屬夾雜物是彈條鋼疲勞斷裂的重要原因,所以必須控制彈條鋼中的夾雜物為低熔點和具有良好的變形能力。借助Factsage熱力學(xué)計算軟件對1 873 K時鋼液與夾雜物間的平衡進行了計算,確定了生成具有良好變形能力的低熔點CaO SiO2Al2O3系夾雜物所需要的鋼液成分。結(jié)果表明:將夾雜物的成分控制在CaO SiO2Al2O3系的低熔點區(qū)域2中時,鋼液中的溶解氧含量為(1~3)×10-6,遠遠低于將夾雜物成分控制在低熔點區(qū)域1中時的溶解氧的含量,此時可以同時實現(xiàn)夾雜物塑性化和鋼液純凈化的要求。

To improve the fatigue property of spring steel used in highspeed railway,besides the requirement of high cleanliness of spring steel, the nonmetallic inclusions are needed to be controlled. Brittle inclusions and point like inclusions are the important reasons of fatigue fracture for spring steel. Therefore, it is essential to control the inclusions composition to the target of low melting point and good deformation capacity.
