通過金屬有機源化學氣相沉積技術(MOCVD)已可制得I c達280 A/cm,I c×L為 300 330 A·m的高性能YBCO帶材,表現出巨大的優勢和誘人的應用前景。進一步提高前驅鹽的揮發性和批次穩定性不但能降低YBCO帶材的生產成本、也能提高其性能穩定性。本研究報道了MOCVD法制備YBCO所需β二酮中間體TMHD及其釔、鋇、銅金屬有機前驅鹽的制備,通過紅外光譜和核磁共振譜對其化學結構予以確認;同時以金屬鋇與TMHD在正戊烷或正己烷中制備了無水 β 二酮鋇鹽(Ba[tmhd]2),隨后用五乙烯六胺為輔助配體(L)制備了揮發性更好的無水復合配體鋇鹽(Ba[tmhd]2·L),并通過熱重分析技術比較了各前驅鹽的揮發性,結果表明:輔助配體五乙烯六胺對提高鋇鹽揮發性作用顯著。

By metal organic chemical vapor deposition process (MOCVD), the kilometer lengths of YBa2Cu3Ox (YBCO) secondgeneration HTS wires with a minimum critical currents of 280A/cm corresponding to a record Ic×length value of 300330 A·mm has been obtained, and MOCVD technique showed great advantage and attractive prospect in YBCO manufacture of high throughput that enables large production capacity.
