回顧了白榴石微晶玻璃在制備方法、熱穩定性和力學性能3個方面的研究進展。與傳統的玻璃析晶法相比,先制備白榴石晶體,然后將其與低軟化點玻璃混合燒結,這種方法在控制白榴石晶體尺寸方面更具優勢?敬蓽囟群蜁r間會影響微晶玻璃中白榴石晶體的含量,進而影響微晶玻璃的熱膨脹系數,因此需要嚴格控制。微晶玻璃中白榴石晶體的直徑應該小于4 μm,這樣可以將微晶玻璃中微裂紋的影響減少到最小。作者制備的一種白榴石微晶玻璃在950 ℃保溫60 min后析晶完成,并且白榴石晶體的尺寸在1 μm左右。

The development of leucite based glass ceramics was reviewed from three aspects of fabrication methods, thermal stability and mechanical properties Compared with traditional glass crystallization methods, the sintering method, i e, the leucite crystals were first synthesized and then were sintered with a low soften temperature glass, was more competitive for controlling the size of leucite crystals Leucite content was influenced by firing temperature and time, which further influenced the thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) of glass ceramics, so firing temperature and time must be strictly controlled The leucite crystal diameter in glass ceramic should be less than 4 μm, which can minimize microcracking in glass ceramics The leucite glass ceramic fabricated by the authors crystallized completely after annealed at 950 ℃ for 60 min and the leucite crystal size of the glassceramic was about 1 μm
