闡述了中頻爐快冷技術的原理及冷卻效果。根據冷卻原理對中頻爐進行了改造,在保留內循環純水冷卻系統的基礎上,增加了一套氫氣循環快速風冷等統使之能夠實現快速冷卻。分析對比了自然冷卻和快速冷卻的時間及效率。檢測了采用快冷技術后鉬產品的性能,結果表明,快速冷卻技術生產的產品性能均能達到金鉬股份公司Q/JDC 016-2008企標要求,該技術可大大提高中頻爐的生產效率,F該技術已經成功地在生產中實際應用,取得了很好的經濟效益和社會效益。

The principle and the cooling effect of fastcooling technique for intermediate frequency furnace are described in this paper. The intermediate frequency furnace was modified according to cooling principle, increasing a rapid cooling system of hydrogen cycle on basis of circulating water system,to enable it to achieve rapid cooling. Comparing the time and efficiency of natural cooling and rapid cooling, results show that the performance indicators of molybdenum products in the fastcooling technology have reached the molybdenum Q/JDC 016-2008 enterprise standard requirements and the technology can greatly improve the production efficiency of the intermediate frequency induction furnace. Now the technology has been successfully carried out the actual production applications, has achieved good economic and social benefits.
