具有大功率、低損耗及高溫使用特性的軟磁復(fù)合材料是目前磁性材料領(lǐng)域研究的一個(gè)重要方向。這種材料可以制備特定環(huán)境使用的高性能電磁部件,如高溫和高速電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子,在航空航天、電子電工、能源和混合動(dòng)力汽車等領(lǐng)域有著潛在的應(yīng)用前景。由于軟磁復(fù)合材料具有較低的成本和較好的耐蝕性,有希望發(fā)展成為實(shí)用的新型軟磁材料,彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)金屬軟磁材料和軟磁鐵氧體使用性能的不足,一直受到人們的重視并得到了廣泛的研究。結(jié)合作者所在實(shí)驗(yàn)室近幾年來(lái)在軟磁復(fù)合材料領(lǐng)域的研究工作,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外在金屬磁性顆粒包覆軟磁復(fù)合材料的制備工藝、界面結(jié)構(gòu)和電磁特性及其應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展。根據(jù)研究現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的要求,提出軟磁復(fù)合材料研究所面臨一些問(wèn)題,并對(duì)這類材料的發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。

The soft magnetic composites (SMCs) for high power, low loss and high temperature applications are an important kind of soft magnets and attract much research interest these years. These materials can be prepared into high performance magnetic devices in special situations, such as high speed rotors in high temperature and high speed electrical machines, which show a latent use in the fields of aerospace, electrician, electron, energy and hybrid cars. Compared with traditional soft magnet such as metal soft magnetic material, the SMCs have the advantages of lower cost and higher corrosion resistance. So the SMCs are considered as another kind of new soft magnet that may cover the shortage of the usability of traditional soft magnet, and receive much attention and extensive research. The recent research progress on preparation methods, interfacial structure, electromagnetic properties and applications of the SMCs based on the coated metal magnetic powders is discussed systematically, and the research work on SMCs in our lab is also introduced briefly in this paper. According to present research situation and the requirements of practical application of SMCs, the challenges in the research of these materials are posed and the development of SMCs is also discussed later.
