聚酰亞胺是指分子主鏈中含有酰亞胺環(huán)的一類聚合物材料,這種高度共軛的主鏈結(jié)構(gòu)賦予了聚酰亞胺纖維優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能,較高的耐熱氧化穩(wěn)定性、耐溶劑腐蝕性能等,在航空航天、環(huán)境保護(hù)等領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。由于聚酰亞胺加工過程中的基礎(chǔ)問題尚未攻克,影響了這類高性能纖維的發(fā)展和使用。高新材料發(fā)展的需要、聚酰亞胺化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的多設(shè)計(jì)性和合成技術(shù)的改進(jìn)以及紡絲技術(shù)的進(jìn)步促進(jìn)了聚酰亞胺纖維的發(fā)展,通過大分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和聚集態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)控,可以得到不同化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的高強(qiáng)高模、耐高溫、耐輻射特性的聚酰亞胺纖維。主要概述了聚酰亞胺纖維的性能、制備方法及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)近年來國內(nèi)外最新研究進(jìn)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)化情況進(jìn)行了介紹。

Polyimide is a class of polymers containing the imide ring in the main chains. This unique conjugation structure endows the polyimide fibers with many useful properties, such as excellent mechanical properties, outstanding thermal and thermooxidative stabilities and chemical resistance. Therefore, the high performance fibers will be extensively used in many areas, such as aeronautics and astronautics, environmental protection, etc. However, most of the polyimides have high melting or softening temperatures, resulting in a poor solubility in most organic solvents, which have restrict their preparation and application. The improvements of design of various chemical structures and synthesis technology enhance their performances such as high strength and high modulus, thermostability and radiationresistant. Spinning technology and further progress of macromolecular aggregation on the fibers motivate the rapid development of the high performance fibers . In this review, we give an overview of the excellent performances, preparation and applications of polyimide fibers. Moreover, the recent achievements and industrialization progress of the fibers are introduced.
