鎳基單晶高溫合金是航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)葉片的重要材料,該合金具有<001>的擇優(yōu)取向;仡櫫随嚮鶈尉Ц邷睾辖鹁w取向與單晶鑄件高溫力學(xué)性能的關(guān)系,不同取向單晶的高溫拉伸性能、抗蠕變、低周疲勞等性能均明顯不同。<001>方向具有較高的綜合力學(xué)性能。結(jié)合作者在本領(lǐng)域的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同取向的枝晶生長(zhǎng)規(guī)律不同,<011>取向的枝晶在縱截面上枝晶干呈“V”或“W”形狀,橫截面上枝晶干呈直線排列,同時(shí)不同取向的枝晶間距和溶質(zhì)元素偏析程度不同?偨Y(jié)了選晶過程中引晶段和螺旋段在單晶制備中的作用,晶體取向決定于引晶段的選晶效果,螺旋段的主要作用為確保獲得單一的晶粒;分析了籽晶法單晶制備過程中晶體取向?qū)w生長(zhǎng)的影響及造成取向偏離的一些因素。展望了鎳基單晶高溫合金晶體取向的研究發(fā)展方向。

Nickel based single superalloys are important materials for blades in aeroengines and land based gas turbine for its excellent high temperature strength. It has been established that nickel base superalloys preferentially grow along orientation. This paper summarizes the influence of crystal orientation on the mechanical properties of nickel based single crystal superalloys castings. The tensile properties, creep life and low cycle fatigue (LCF) are depend on crystal orientation. Single crystals with orientations have optimized high temperature mechanical properties. Based on the authors research features in the field, dendrites in the longitudinal section for the crystals with? orientation showed “V” and “W” patterns, while the primary dendrites in the transverse section aligned in lines. Meanwhile, the dendrite arm spacings and microsegregation of elements along different orientations are obviously different. The main function of starter block of spiral grain selector is to optimize the crystal orientation, and the spiral part is to ensure that only one grain can be obtained. Furthermore, we include some influencing factors related to the misorientation and the crystal growth for the seeding technology. Finally, we discussed the possible development trends of the crystal orientation in future.
