主要研究了不同種類阻燃劑對涂層用環(huán)氧樹脂的阻燃效率的影響。該環(huán)氧樹脂由雙酚A的二環(huán)氧丙醚經(jīng)胺類固化劑固化而得,用氮?dú)夥障碌臒嶂胤治觯═GA)和錐形量熱研究了其熱穩(wěn)定性和阻燃性。本研究中,所用的阻燃劑都是商業(yè)化應(yīng)用的阻燃添加劑,包括鹵素、磷、無機(jī)物、三聚氰胺衍生物和膨脹型添加劑。研究所選用的阻燃環(huán)氧體系都具有較高的商業(yè)化應(yīng)用價值。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),固化劑的種類對環(huán)氧樹脂的阻燃性有較大影響,在阻燃和抑煙方面,溴系阻燃劑比氯系阻燃劑更有效。亞磷酸鹽對于環(huán)氧樹脂具有很好的阻燃作用。氫氧化鎂、硼酸鋅比氫氧化鋁的阻燃效率高。三聚氰胺化合物能夠賦予環(huán)氧樹脂較好的阻燃和抑煙性,此外膨脹型添加劑也是一種有效的阻燃劑。

The aim of this work is to study the efficiency of different classes of flame retardants for epoxy resins designed for coating applications. The thermal stability and fire retardant properties of the amine (JeffamineT403) cured epoxy resin, diglycidyl ether of bisphenolA, have been studied using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) under nitrogen atmosphere and cone calorimetry. In this study, an extensive series of flame retarded epoxy resins were prepared with commercially available flame retardant additives, including halogens, phosphorus, minerals, melamine derivative and intumescent additives. The range of flame retardant materials used in epoxy formulations of commercial interest was investigated. The amount of FR additives is maintained at 15 % (except mineral fillers 30 %,mass fraction) to avoid impairment of the mechanical properties of epoxy resin.
