不銹鋼焊材藥芯所產生的煙塵中含有毒性很大的Cr(Ⅵ),為了保證焊接人員的健康,必須將Cr(Ⅵ)降低到3 μg/m3標準以下。綜述了國內外不銹鋼焊接煙塵中低 Cr(Ⅵ) 及環境友好型不銹鋼焊材的最新研究進展,研究表明:降低奧氏體不銹鋼焊材中 Na和 K 含量,降低焊接熱輸入和選擇最佳的工藝參數;在保護氣體中添加 30%四乙基硅烷(TEOS),均可降低不銹鋼焊接煙塵中Cr(Ⅵ) 含量。 另外,用氮或錳代替鎳的節鎳型奧氏體不銹鋼焊材,不僅具有穩定單一的奧氏體組織,而且熔敷金屬抗拉強度提高了約 150 MPa,-40 ℃下, V型沖擊吸收功提高30 J以上。

The welding fume generated by stainless steel welding consumables contains toxic Cr (Ⅵ), in order to guarantee the health of welding personnel, the Cr (Ⅵ) must be reduced to 3 μg/m3 standard. The paper reviews the latest worldwide research progress on environmentfriendly austenitic stainless steel welding consumables and its welding fumes Cr(Ⅵ) in recent years. Reducing the Na and K content of the austenitic stainless steel welding consumables, using electrode covering without containing Na and K composition, applying low welding heat input and appropriate technology parameters, adding 30% tetraethyloxysilane(TEOS) in the protection gas, all of these can reduce the stainless steel welding fume Cr(Ⅵ)content. In addition, containing nitrogen or manganese instead of nickel, austenite stainless steel welding consumables not only have the stable single austenite structure, but also its tensile strength increases by about 150 MPa, and bellow -40 ℃, V type shock absorption power increases over 30 J.
