摘要:
金屬連續(xù)鑄擠技術(shù)(CASTEX)是金屬連續(xù)擠壓技術(shù)(CONFORM)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本文較詳細(xì)地介紹了國內(nèi)外金屬連續(xù)鑄擠技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及應(yīng)用狀況。介紹了金屬連續(xù)鑄擠原理及鑄擠力能參數(shù)的計(jì)算公式,并指出連續(xù)鑄擠過程所形成的金屬動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)晶-半固態(tài)加工-擠壓塑性變形三個(gè)階段及內(nèi)、外摩擦轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)制,使金屬由鑄態(tài)組織逐漸變?yōu)榧?xì)小的變形組織;簡(jiǎn)述了連續(xù)鑄擠機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及各部件的作用,并列出了國內(nèi)外部分鑄擠機(jī)設(shè)備的型號(hào)與參數(shù),分析了連續(xù)鑄擠過程鑄擠溫度、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)間隙、設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)及冷卻條件等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)鑄擠工藝控制的影響;討論了連續(xù)鑄擠技術(shù)同常規(guī)擠壓比較所具備的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋁及其合金,錫及其錫合金的管、棒、型、線材等的連續(xù)鑄擠加工成形,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)上得到了應(yīng)用;最后指出了連續(xù)鑄擠新技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。
Abstract:
Continuous casting and extrusion (CASTEX) is a further development of the CONFORM. The developing history, status quo, developing trend and application status of CASTEX technique are introduced in detail throughout the world. The metallic CASTEX principle and the calculation formulae of CASTEX forces established are briefly described. Three stages such as metallic dynamic solidification, semisolid processing and extrusion plastic deformation and the conversion mechanism of internal and external friction to transform as-cast microstructure into fine grain deformation microstructure are pointed out. Technique, the structure of CASTEX machine and the role of various components are described, and the models and technical parameters of part of CASTEX machines at home and abroad are listed. The effect of process parameters such as temperature, gap, rotary speed and cooling condition on the CASTEX process control is analyzed. The characteristics of CASTEX technique as compared with conventional extrusion is introduced. The pipes, bars, profiles and wires of aluminum and its alloys, and tin and its alloys have been made by CASTEX forming and CASTEX technique obtains industrial application; finally, the developing direction of new CASTEX technique is discussed.
