隨著軍事隱身技術以及民用物聯網電磁兼容、抗電磁干擾技術的發展,隱身涂層材料的重要性日益受到社會關注,該類材料逐漸成為功能材料的一個重要分支。近年來,在需求牽引和技術革新的帶動下,隱身涂層材料從材料體系、設計方法到制備技術都取得了很大的進展。本文結合國內外最新發展動態和本中心開展的主要工作,介紹了當前廣泛發展的雷達吸波涂層、紅外低發射率涂層以及多頻譜兼容隱身涂層這三類涂層的隱身機理、材料特性以及應用技術方面的研究進展;重點關注先進材料體系和設計方法對隱身涂層材料的牽引,包括各向異性磁性材料/介電材料、納米結構動態磁化理論以及材料復合技術等;最后通過對各種材料技術的分析,提出多頻譜隱身涂層材料發展所面臨的問題,分析了該領域未來發展的趨勢。

With the development of military stealth technology and the EMC/EMI technology in the internet of things, stealth coating material has attracted more and more attention, as an important branch of functional material. During recent years, stealth coating material has achieved promising improvement from either the material category, design or synthesis point of view, by the promotion of application requirement and technical innovation. Radar absorbing coating, infrared low emissivity coating and multispectral stealth-compatible coating are three most widely developed stealth coatings concerned in this review. Combine recent advances with our previous works, stealth mechanisms, material characteristics and application techniques were introduced. The promotion effect of novel materials and design approaches on stealth materials was shown, e.g. anisotropic magnetic/dielectric materials, nanostructure dynamic magnetism, and compositing techniques. At last, the problems and future trends of mutispectral stealth coating material were proposed based on the analysis of presented researches.
