本文重點分析了ZrO2的電子結構與能帶特點、光學吸收、發射譜等,指出ZrO2在光學領域可用于發光材料,也可以作為發光中心的基質,歸納了ZrO2發光的來源在于氧空位形成的F-色心或其締合中心。引用第一原理計算的不同晶型ZrO2的電子構型和能帶結構,說明了其電性質的特點,分析了高溫下ZrO2的導電性質,說明了高溫導電性的應用領域。

We reviewed in this part the band structutr, optical absorption and emission spectra of ZrO2, pointing out that ZrO2 can be used as luminescent material and base for luminescent centers, introducing that the luminescence in ZrO2 is originated from the F-centers constructed by oxygen vacancies and their combined centers. The electronic and band structures of ZrO2 with different crystallographic types were introduced based on the first principal calculations. Electronic conductive performances of zirconia at high temperatures were analyzed and their application fields were also introduced.
