摘要:
隨著我國(guó)環(huán)保意識(shí)的日益增強(qiáng),一些性能優(yōu)良但是對(duì)人體和環(huán)境會(huì)產(chǎn)生不利影響的傳統(tǒng)耐火材料受到了挑戰(zhàn)。近年來(lái)提出了環(huán)境友好型耐火材料這一嶄新的理念。環(huán)境友好型耐火材料就是要求耐火材料在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不使用有損于環(huán)境和人體的致癌物質(zhì)和有毒物質(zhì),施工過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生大量的粉塵,使用過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生有害氣體和有毒物質(zhì),使用后的殘留材料應(yīng)具有再生價(jià)值,不能成為工業(yè)垃圾。本文主要針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外近年來(lái)在環(huán)境友好型耐火材料的開(kāi)發(fā)上取得的進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了匯總,綜述了新型無(wú)氟耐酸料,無(wú)鉻耐火材料,新型生物可溶性耐火纖維,低溫炭素?fù)v打料和濕法無(wú)塵噴涂料等環(huán)境友好型耐火材料,以推進(jìn)我國(guó)耐火材料行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
Abstract:
With enhanced increasingly of environmental protection consciousness in China, some traditional refractories with good performance but bad for human beings and environment were challenged. The new idea of environment-friendly refractories was put forward recent years. Environment-friendly refractories was that carcinogenic substance and toxic substance which was bad for environment and human beings was not used in the production process, lots of dust was not produced in construction process, harmful gas and toxic substance was not produced in using process, and used residual materials should be with recycle value and not be as a kind of industrial refuse. Progress of development of environment-friendly refractories at home and abroad was collected in this paper, and the current status of some environment-friendly refractories such as new fluoride-free acid resistant material, chrome-free refractories, new bio-soluble refractory fiber, low temperature carbon ramming mix and wet and dust-free gunning mix were overviewed, in order to promote the development of refractory industries in China
