摘要:

材料是維系艦船服役安全性和技戰(zhàn)水平的重要因素。艦船材料由研發(fā)到應(yīng)用周期漫長、流程眾多，其發(fā)展水平是衡量一個國家工業(yè)實力的重要指標(biāo)，“材料先行”和“材料體系構(gòu)建”原則也是各海軍強國普遍重視的基本理念。隨著海軍裝備建設(shè)的跨越式發(fā)展，艦船材料整體技術(shù)水平和行業(yè)管理能力與新時期的要求還存在一定差距。為彌補這一差距，及時跟進艦船材料的國際前沿領(lǐng)域，有力推進我國該領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)研發(fā)水平，本文對國內(nèi)外艦船裝備材料的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了系統(tǒng)描述，詳細(xì)分析了我國材料體系發(fā)展中存在的問題，提出了當(dāng)前及未來我國海軍艦船裝備材料體系的研究重點和發(fā)展目標(biāo)，以及海軍裝備發(fā)展趨勢對先進材料特征的現(xiàn)實迫切需求、共性長期需求以及潛在需求等需求導(dǎo)向。最后，針對艦船裝備材料體系的發(fā)展，提出了相關(guān)建議和措施。

Abstract:

Material is one of the important factors in relation to the vessels service security and level of technical and tactical skills. The cycle from R&D to application is very long and has a large number of processes for the marine materials, and the development level of which plays a decisive part in industrial competence of a country. The principle of ‘Material Advance’ and ‘Material System Construction’ are the basic ideas which attach importance to the world’s leading naval powers. There is a gap which must be made up between the entire technology level of warship materials, the industry management ability and requirement of new period, comparing with the great-leap-forward development of the naval armament construction. In order to keep up-to-date in the international front field of the marine materials, and push forward the development level of marine materials’ R&D, this paper gives a system overview of the status quo of the development of warship equipment materials at home and abroad, and the problems of marine material system development in our country previously are analyzed detailed. Meanwhile, the current and future research emphasis and development objects of the naval warship equipment materials system are put forward in detail. The requirement orientations to the advance material characteristic such as actually urgent requirement, generally long-term requirement and potential requirement are indicated to keep up with the naval armament development tendency. In addition, related measures and suggestions to the improvement of warship equipment materials system are proposed at the end.
