摘要:

鈦及鈦合金因優異的綜合性能在航空、航天、艦船、化工等行業獲得廣泛應用，為滿足不同的應用需求，近20年我國新型鈦合金的研制非�；钴S，其中艦船用鈦合金是我國鈦合金研究和發展的重要研究方向之一。經過近50多年的努力，我國創新研制的不同強度級別船用鈦合金已基本形成體系，也制備出這些合金不同規格的管、板、棒、絲材等，已基本能夠滿足我國工程的需求。本文簡要介紹中國創新研制的主要船用鈦合金及其應用,如中強高韌Ti75合金、中強高塑Ti31合金、高強高韌Ti-B19合金、中強Ti91和Ti70合金、高強Ti80合金等，同時也簡要介紹可能用于海洋工程的其他創新研制的鈦合金，如高強（1100Pa）高韌損傷容限型TC21合金、中強(900MPa)高韌損傷容限型TC4-DT合金、強度為1300MPa的Ti-1300、強度為1500MPa的Ti-1500、強度為1600MPa的Ti-1600合金以及中強的低溫鈦合金CT20等。

Abstract:

Because of their excellent properties, titanium and its alloys have been widely used for aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, chemical industries and so on. In order to meet the different requirement, new titanium alloy research was very active in China in recent 20 years. Among them, titanium alloy used for shipbuilding is one of the main directions of titanium alloy’s research and development in China. After near 50 years hard working, titanium alloys with different strength scale used for shipbuilding are formed in China, and their different size bars, plates, sheets, rods, wires etal were produced, which basically meet the requirement. This paper reviews the new main titanium alloys used for shipbuilding and their applications, such as Ti75 alloy with middle strength and high toughness, Ti31 alloy with middle strength and high plasticity, Ti-B19 alloy with high strength and toughness, Ti91 and Ti70 with middle strength, Ti80 with high strength and so on. This paper also introduces some new titanium alloys which can be used for marine, such as damage tolerance TC21 alloy with high strength (1100MPa) and toughness, damage tolerance TC4-DT alloy with middle strength (900MPa) and high toughness, Ti-1300 alloy with 1300MPa strength, Ti-1500 alloy with 1500MPa strength, Ti-1600 alloy with 1600MPa strength, CT20 alloy with middle strength and so on.
