本文針對國內外鋁合金船舶的船體、空艙、海水管路系統、艉板法蘭等部位的鋁合金腐蝕現狀進行了調研分析,發現船體基本采用涂料+鋁合金犧牲陽極的方法進行保護,效果良好;而空艙、海水管路系統和艉板法蘭等部位卻因防腐措施不到位分別存在一定的腐蝕問題。文章結合青島海洋腐蝕研究所多年積累的鋁合金實海腐蝕研究資料,在對相應部位腐蝕問題客觀分析的基礎上,分別對鋁合金船舶的犧牲陽極陰極保護、防腐防污涂層保護、微弧氧化處理和電絕緣保護等腐蝕防護技術在使用過程中存在的問題以及相應應對措施進行了分析總結,同時對鋁合金船舶各項腐蝕防護技術的發展前景以及需要解決的問題進行了展望,以期為鋁合金船的設計者、建造者和使用者提供參考。

In this paper,the corrosion status of aluminum alloy ship at home and abroad about the hull, the cabin, seawater pipeline, stern plate flange were analysised through the investigation. The hull protected using paint + aluminum alloy sacrificial anode had a good protective effect, but the cabin, seawater pipeline, stern plate flange had some corrosion problems because the anti-corrosion technology were not in place. Combined with marine corrosion research data accumulated by Qingdao Marine Corrosion Research Institute about aluminum alloy, the present application problems and response measures of corrosion protection technology about aluminum alloy ship was analyzed and summarized, such as sacrificial anodes, anticorrosive and antifouling coating, microarc oxidation technolog, electrical insulation technology. Thereafter, the development proposals and the problems to be solved of corrosion protection technology about aluminum alloy ship was put, in order to provide reference for designers, builders and users of aluminum alloy ship
