能源短缺和環境污染成為了經濟社會發展的影響因素之一,能否獲得無污染的能源變成了當今社會關注的焦點。太陽能作為一種潔凈的可再生能源得到了越來越多的重視。太陽能電池將太陽能直接轉化為電能,是有效利用太陽能的最佳途徑之一。當前,在核電的安全問題日益突出的情況下,太陽能電池被認為是解決能源衰竭和環境污染等一系列重大問題的最佳選擇。目前,許多國家正在制訂中長期太陽能開發計劃,準備在21世紀大規模開發太陽能。本文綜述了國內外包括單晶硅太陽能電池、多晶硅太陽能電池、薄膜太陽能電池等在內的太陽能電池的研究進展,對其制備技術、性能、轉化效率以及應用領域進行了總結,討論了它們各自的優勢和劣勢,并就太陽能電池未來的發展進行了展望。

The shortage of traditional energy and environmental pollution become the major problem of restricting the development of economic.So searching for pollution-free resources becomes more and more urgent.As a clean and renewable power source,solar energy gets much more attention.The solar cell is a device converting solar energy directly into electrical energy,also is an effective way to use solar energy.As a kind of green energy,especially in nuclear security problems facing challenges today,solar cells are thought to be the best choice to solve the energy failure and environmental pollution and so on. At present,many countries are drafting long-term solar development plan,and prepare to develop large-scale solar energy in the 21st century.This paper briefly introduces the current status of solar cells , including monocrystalline silicon solar cells,polycrystalline silicon solar cells,thin film solar cells and so on,comparing and discussing all kinds of its technology,the efficiency of conversion from aspects and preparation methods and their properties Of the advantages and disadvantages,and the trends in the development of that is also presented.
