溫敏紡織材料是指對環境溫度刺激具有響應性的一種智能材料,通過物理或化學方法將其與紡織品結合,賦予傳統織物新穎的功能和高經濟附加值。近年來,溫敏紡織品的發展迅速,在調溫調濕、抗浸儲水、香精緩釋、生物醫用等領域具有良好的應用前景,其工業化發展的方向是穩定性好、靈敏度高、可穿著性能良好、成本低。介紹了溫敏高分子的基本原理,包括常見溫敏高分子種類、相轉變過程和最低臨界溶解溫度(LCST)的調節方法。另外,詳細介紹了溫敏紡織品的最新發展方向,溫敏高分子與紡織品結合的接枝與交聯新技術以及溫敏高分子在不同纖維和織物上的功能性應用方法。最后提出了溫敏紡織品發展中存在的問題和解決思路。

Thermo-responsive textile is a kind of smart material which can respond to the change of the environmental temperature. New functions and value can be added to textiles via connecting thermo-responsive polymers through physical or chemical methods. Many promising applications have been recently developed for thermo-responsive textiles including temperature/moisture adaptive fabrics, anti-immersion coats, water-storage materials, textiles for perfume control release and even healthcare, etc. The developing trend for thermo-responsive textile is toward to high stability, high efficiency, soft hand and low cost. This review systematically illustrates the fundamental mechanism of the thermo-responsive polymers, including the main types of thermo-responsive polymers, the phase transition behavior and the regulation of the lower critical solution temperature (LCST). The recent research on thermo-responsive textiles and their applications, the newly-developed technologies to immobilize thermo-responsive polymers onto textile, and the diverse categories of textiles for thermo-responsive uses are reviewed. The current challenges and potential solutions of the thermo-responsive textiles are also briefly summarized at the end of this review.
