從產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度來講,專利技術(shù)是以應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)為基礎(chǔ)的,核心專利在一個專利群中處于節(jié)點和紐帶的地位,是產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的核心。本文在調(diào)研大量國內(nèi)外鎳基高溫合金生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、合金產(chǎn)品、主要生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過常規(guī)選擇方法、重要鎳基高溫合金牌號對應(yīng)的專利技術(shù)、重要生產(chǎn)技術(shù)對應(yīng)的專利技術(shù)等方法選擇了鎳基高溫合金的核心專利技術(shù)。通過相關(guān)分析方法探討了核心技術(shù)的主要分布區(qū)域、主要技術(shù)分布方向、核心技術(shù)的擁有企業(yè)、重點制備工藝等,繪制了鎳基高溫合金核心技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)品的演進圖譜,重點分析了鎳基高溫合金制備技術(shù)、熱障涂層技術(shù)、熱處理技術(shù)、激光熔覆技術(shù)、合金修復(fù)技術(shù)等核心技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文對應(yīng)該重點跟蹤的企業(yè)以及他們的核心技術(shù)演進進行了探討,并就近年來核心技術(shù)的研發(fā)方向進行了論述。

From the perspective of the industry, the patented technology is the core of the industrial economy. Based on the research production technology of Ni-based superalloys, alloy products and enterprises in domestic and foreign, it uses some proper methods to choose the core patented technology of Ni-based superalloys. Based on the core patented technology of Ni-based superalloys, the article analyzes the main distribution areas, technical direction, owned enterprises of core technologies. It also draws the evolution map of core technology and products of Ni-based superalloy. The article focuses on the core technologies and these applications that including preparation technology, thermal barrier coating, heat-treatment, laser cladding and repair techniques. At last, it discusses the R & D direction of core technologies of Ni-based superalloys in recent years.
