采用近等溫包套軋制工藝成功制備了尺寸達700mm×200mm×2mm的Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金板材。板材外觀良好,無裂紋等缺陷。板材組織為近雙態組織,由γ、B2和少量的α2、YAl2組成。軋制過程中的主要變形機制為再結晶。

A Ti-43Al-9V-Y sheet with dimensions of 700mm×200mm×2mm was produced by near-isothermal packed rolling. The microstructure is near duplex structure, which is composed of γ, B2 and few α2, YAl2. The main deformation mechanism in the rolling process is recrystallization.
