石墨烯是僅由一個原子層厚的C原子構成的二維納米碳材料,具有獨特的光學、電學、力學和熱學等性質,在生物醫藥、生物傳感器、透明導電薄膜、電子器件、能源存儲和催化等領域展現出巨大的應用前景,使其成為納米生物醫學領域研究的熱點。目前有關石墨烯及其衍生物的研究主要集中在其物理學、化學和材料學領域,而石墨烯及其衍生物在生物醫學領域的研究工作才剛剛開始。簡述了石墨烯的特性、制備方法以及在生物醫學領域的最新進展,包括生物成像、 藥物和基因載體、光熱治療、抗菌材料及組織工程支架等,并就該領域未來的發展進行了展望。

Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon material, which is composed of monolayer of carbon atoms tightly packed into hexagonal symmetry. Because of its extraordinary optical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties, graphene has been widely applied in biomedicine, biosensor, transparent conductive film, electron device, energy storage, catalysis and becomes the research focus of nano-biomedicine. The present study of graphene and its derivatives is mainly concentrated on the field of physics, chemistry and materials, but it has just begun on the biomedical field. This study mainly focuses on the preparation, applications and latest biomedical progress of graphene-based composite materials including biological imaging, drug and gene loading, photothermal therapy, antibacterial materials and scaffolds for tissue engineering. And we also discuss the prospects and future trend in this field.
