本文介紹了采用表面活性劑輔助球磨工藝制備永磁納米材料,主要制備了永磁納米顆粒、各向異性永磁納米片、低溫制備納米材料以及“自下而上”技術制備納米晶塊狀材料。該方法不僅適用于稀土永磁納米材料的制備,也可用于軟磁納米片和顆粒的制備。表面活性劑輔助球磨制備的永磁納米顆粒和片狀材料在眾多領域具有重要應用。采用 X 射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡以及振動樣品磁強計等技術研究了不同的表面活性劑輔助球磨工藝對粉體微結構、形貌及磁性能的影響。研究表明,表面活性劑在球磨過程中發揮了重要的作用,改變表面活性劑的種類和工藝條件,不僅能調控粉體的形態,還能控制粉體的磁性能,但該工藝仍存在很多技術難題和理論問題需要進一步的研究。

This paper introduces the surfactant-assisted ball milling which was used to prepare the rare earth permanent magnet nanomaterial. We prepared the nanoparticles、permanent nanoflakes and nanostructured bulks. The rare earth permanent magnet nanomaterial played an important role in different application areas. The effect of milling time and different surfactants on the microstructure、morphology and magnetic properties were studied using the XRD、 FESEM and VSM. It shows that the surfactant played an important role in the milling process. The change of surfactant and the process conditions have an important role in controlling the morphology and magnetic properties of the powders. Finally, there were some the problems of the SABM in recent researches, it deserves further research.
