Sm2Co17基永磁材料具有高的居里溫度,優越的綜合磁性能和良好的環境穩定性,在新型戰機、無人機、雷達系統、軍事衛星、空間探索等方面有重要應用,西方各發達國家將Sm2Co17基永磁材料列為材料領域重點研究對象之一。我國早在上世紀七十年代就開展釤鈷永磁材料的研制,至今已有近四十年的歷史。Sm2Co17基永磁材料經過多年的發展,陸續形成高磁能積、低剩磁溫度系數和高使用溫度三大系列材料,國內外在這些方面已做了大量的研究工作。本文從高性能、低溫度系數和高使用溫度釤鈷永磁材料方面梳理了釤鈷永磁材料的研究進展,總結了釤鈷永磁材料的微結構和矯頑力的研究現狀,并對Sm2Co17基永磁材料的發展方向提出展望。

Due to the high Curie temperature, superior magnetic properties and good environmental stability, Sm2Co17-based permanent magnet materials have been widely used in novel aircraft, drones, radar systems, military satellites, and space exploration applications. Western developed countries list Sm2Co17-based permanent magnet materials as one of the most important materials which should be researched. The development of samarium cobalt permanent magnetic materials has been nearly 40 years, and Sm2Co17-based permanent magnets have been developed as high maximum-energy-product, low remanence- temperature-coefficient and high-temperature materials for three series. In this paper, based on the high performance, low temperature coefficient and high temperature application, the researches and developments of samarium cobalt permanent magnetic materials were summarized, and coercivity mechanism of Sm2Co17- based permanent magnetic materials was discussed. Finally, the development prospects of this type of permanent magnets were presented.
