有機(jī)發(fā)光二極管(organic light emitting diodes, 簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)OLED)是全固態(tài)的薄膜發(fā)光器件。由于OLED的可柔性制備、低驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓、低功耗等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其在未來(lái)的可穿戴應(yīng)用上具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。目前,小尺寸的OLED顯示器已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)化,大尺寸的OLED電視和照明也以有產(chǎn)品問(wèn)世,但OLED器件的可穿戴應(yīng)用尚處于探索期。本文綜述了近年來(lái)基于可穿戴應(yīng)用的柔性O(shè)LED材料及器件技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展。綜述的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容包括柔性基板材料、柔性薄膜晶體管材料、柔性O(shè)LED發(fā)光層技術(shù)、柔性薄膜封裝材料與技術(shù)等幾個(gè)方面的研究進(jìn)展。此外,本文介紹了近幾年來(lái)興起的一些新型的柔性器件制備技術(shù),如柔性纖維布基底技術(shù)、纖維狀聚合物發(fā)光電化學(xué)池技術(shù)、對(duì)稱(chēng)平面層器件結(jié)構(gòu)和狹縫涂布式印刷技術(shù)等。最后,本文對(duì)柔性O(shè)LED材料與器件技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。

Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are solid state light emitting devices. They have broad prospects in the field of wearable devices owing to their flexibility nature, low driving voltage and low power consumption. Small to medium size OLED displays have already been commercialized. Large OLED TVs and OLED lightings have also emerged in real applications. We reviewed the most focused issues as well as the main progress in the field of flexible OLED technology in the recent years. The developing trends of flexible substrate material, flexible thin film transistor material, flexible OLED emitting layer and flexible thin film encapsulation layer are summarized. We also introduce some emerging flexible device fabrication technologies, such as flexible fabric substrate, polymer fibre based light emitting cell, the symmetric panel stacking device structure and slot-die coating technology. Lastly, we look to the prospect of the flexible OLED materials and devices technology.
