有色金屬生產、消費和循環利用是一個復雜的非線性系統,與其相關的資源消耗及其產生的環境影響很難預測。近年來,物質流分析和生命周期評價方法在有色金屬行業循環經濟和可持續發展研究領域發展迅速。它們作為定量化的決策分析工具,不僅能夠為企業技術升級改造提供可行的建議和措施,還能為行業宏觀節能減排目標的實現程度提供評判依據。闡述了物質流分析和面向流程的生命周期評價方法的主要觀點、理論基礎、研究思路和框架,以鋁、鎂、銅、鉛、鋅等為例,對上述方法在典型有色金屬生產中的應用進行了總結和分析,并對其在有色金屬工業節能減排中的進一步研究予以討論和展望。

The production, consumption and recycling of non-ferrous metals are a complicated nonlinear system. It is difficult to predict their related resources consumption and environmental impacts. In recent years, material flow analysis (MFA) and life cycle assessment (LCA) have been developed and applied in the non-ferrous metals industry for circular economy and sustainable development. These two quantitative decision analysis tools can provide not only feasible suggestions and measures for technology upgrades and renovation of enterprises, but also evaluation basis for non-ferrous metals industry to achieve the goal of energy saving and emissions reduction. The main ideas, theoretical basis, research ideas and frameworks of MFA and process-oriented LCA are elaborated in this paper. The application of these methods in typical non-ferrous metals production, such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead and zinc, is summarized and analyzed. Further researches of energy saving and emissions reduction in the non-ferrous metals industry are discussed and prospected.
