本文簡要介紹了近年來GH4169合金的擠壓、模鍛和軋制等主要塑性加工技術研究情況,總結歸納了GH4169合金在不同成形方式下的變形規律及其成形問題與優化措施。目前,有關GH4169合金的塑性加工技術得到了長足發展,正朝著晶粒細小、組織均勻、構件尺寸精密化的方向發展。但同時也存在一些問題有待進一步研究,諸如缺乏對冷、熱變形后殘余應力分布規律以及殘余應力釋放過程中構件尺寸變化規律等的認識;在組織控制方面,缺少有關δ相含量及其形貌與再結晶程度的定量描述。

Based on the uniformity of grains, the development of main plastic forming technologies of GH4169 alloy, including extrusion, die forging and rolling, are introduced in this paper. The problems existed in the forming process and corresponding solutions are summarized. At present, the plastic forming technologies of GH4169 alloy have been considerably developed. It is developing in a precision forming direction. Meanwhile, there are still some problems needed to be further analyzed, like the residual stress distribution after cold or hot deformation and its effect on the precision of components when it is released gradually.
