3D打印技術(shù)是一種快速成型技術(shù),通過重建的三維數(shù)字模型,將其分割成層狀后逐層堆積成實(shí)體模型。近年來隨著影像學(xué)、 數(shù)字化醫(yī)學(xué)和新材料技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,3D打印技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍越來越廣泛,越來越受到人們的重視。總結(jié)了3D打印技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,分別就3D打印醫(yī)學(xué)模型、3D打印醫(yī)療器材、3D打印用于組織功能產(chǎn)品、3D打印活體組織和器官(如:人造肝臟組織、人造腎臟組織、人造血管、人造耳朵和人造皮膚等)以及其他方面的應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,并介紹了3D打印技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用上的發(fā)展。最后根據(jù)3D打印技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),提出應(yīng)用展望,并分析未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

Threedimensional (3D) printing technology is a kind of rapid prototyping technology, through the reconstruction of 3D digital model, dividing them layer by layer and depositing into solid model. In recent years, with the rapid development of 3D printing technology, its applications in medical field are wider and wider and attract more and more attentions. With the development of medical imaging, digital medicine and new materials, 3D printing technique will have a wider range of applications in medical field. This paper reviews the applications of 3D printing technology in the medical field, such as construction of medical model, medical equipments, the production of tissue and organ substitutes (such as artificial liver tissue, artificial kidney tissue, artificial blood vessel, artificial ear, artificial skin and others) and others. According to the characteristics of 3D printing technology, we also propose its forecast, and analyze the development trend in the future.
