采用等離子噴涂工藝在SiC陶瓷表面制備了BSAS環境障涂層,分析研究了環境障涂層的微觀結構、結合強度、長期抗氧化性能、抗熱震性能和抗高溫水氧腐蝕性能。結果表明:BSAS環境障涂層的結合強度為29 MPa,內部結構均勻,無貫穿裂紋和連通氣孔;涂層熱震30次開始有微裂紋,熱震50次后出現貫穿裂紋失效;涂層于空氣中1 200 ℃/200 h氧化后增重0.24%,內部氧化不明顯;在1 atm、1 200 ℃、50%H2O-50%O2、0.4 m/s高溫水氧環境中腐蝕150 h后,涂層保護試樣失重0.87 mg/cm2,涂層表面腐蝕厚度小于10 μm,無涂層保護的試樣失重3.4 mg/cm2。

BSAS environmental barrier coatings on SiC substrate were fabricated by atmospheric plasma spraying. The microstructure, cohesive strength, longterm oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were analyzed. Results show that BSAS environmental barrier coatings have a uniform structure with few pores and no cracks, with the cohesive strength of 29 MPa. Microcracks appear at the 30th thermal shocks, and the coatings are failed after 50th thermal shocks. Mass change of the SiCSi/BSAS coating is 0.24% oxidized at 1 200 ℃for 200 hours, and internal oxidation is not obvious. After a 150 h exposure at 1 200 ℃ in 1 atm, 50% H2O-50% O2, 0.4 m/s environment, mass change of SiCSi/BSAS coating is -0.87 mg/cm2, with the corrosion depth less than10 μm, while the mass change of uncoated SiC is -3.4 mg/cm2.
