采用包覆熱分解法,以草酸鎳為前驅(qū)體,草酸鋅為包覆劑,制備成包覆體,然后經(jīng)過高溫煅燒,制備了多層陶瓷電容器(MLCC)內(nèi)電極用超細球形鎳粉。主要研究了燒結(jié)溫度對鎳粉結(jié)晶性能的影響,并利用粉末X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、激光粒度分布儀、熱重分析儀(TG)和X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對其進行了表征。結(jié)果表明:鎳粉的初始結(jié)晶粒度隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高而增大,制備的近球形高純度鎳粉具有面心立方晶型(fcc),結(jié)晶性好、抗氧化溫度高、顆粒粒徑范圍約200~500 nm、粒徑分布范圍窄、分散性好。

Ultrafine spherical nickel powders used for multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) inner electrodes were prepared by coating and thermal decomposition with the nickel oxalate as precursor, zinc oxalate as coating agent, and in the high temperature calcinations. The influence of sintering temperature on crystalline properties of nickel powders was mainly studied. The obtained powder samples were characterized by means of Xray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), laser particle size distribution instrument, thermogravimetric(TG), and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results indicated that the initial crystalline grain size of nickel powder increased with the rising of sintering temperature. The high purity spherical nickel particles had the facecentered cubic(fcc) crystal structure, excellent crystallinity,high oxidation temperature and their final diameters were between 200 and 500 nm with narrow size distribution.
