苯基磷氧不僅具有寬的帶隙、高的三線態能級、優異的熱穩定性、良好的溶解性和吸電子能力,而且具有很好的化學可修飾性,通過引入不同的功能單元,可有效的調節材料的載流子注入與傳輸,因此苯基磷氧衍生物在有機光電材料領域得到了廣泛研究并展現出良好的應用前景,近年來苯基磷氧衍生物的合成及應用成為藍光有機發光二極管研究的熱點之一。本文根據苯基磷氧衍生物在藍光有機二極管中的作用不同,綜述苯基磷氧衍生物作為藍光主體材料、電子傳輸材料、發光材料的研究現狀,對其分子結構設計與合成、熱學性質、光物理性質、電化學性質及器件性能等方面作了詳細歸納總結,展望了苯基磷氧衍生物的應用前景和未來研究方向。

Phenyl phosphine oxide not only possesses wide band gap, high triplet energy, excellent thermal stability, suitable solubility, strong electron-withdrawing ability, but also allows easy chemical modification to effectively tune the carrier injection and transport. Therefore, the synthesis and application of phenyl phosphine oxide derivatives (PPOs) has attracted great attention and shows great potential in organic optoelectronic materials, especially in recent research of blue organic light-emitting diodes. In this article, a survey of recent progress of PPOs, with a particular emphasis of different type of materials, according to the different functions in OLED including host materials, electron transport materials, and emitting materials, are reviewed. The design and synthesis, thermal stability, photophysical properties, electrochemical properties and device performance are also summarized. Finally, the perspective and development of PPOs are discussed.
