潤滑材料在空間技術領域具有重要應用,對于延長機械運動部件的運動壽命、提高其可靠性發揮著重要作用。在空間環境條件下,潤滑材料可能會面臨高真空、極端溫度、溫度交變、原子氧、紫外/質子/電子輻射、微隕石及空間碎片等苛刻環境因素。本文主要綜述了上述空間環境因素對潤滑材料的影響,著重探討了真空、極端溫度及其原子氧的影響,并對空間潤滑材料的研究進行了展望。

Lubricants have been applied in space technology to prolong the service life and improve the reliability for moving parts. In space, the lubricants perhaps meet various environmental factors, such as hard vacuum, extreme temperature, temperature cycling, atomic oxygen, ultraviolet, proton, electron, micrometeorites, space debris, and so on. This paper introduced the effects of these space environment factors on the lubricants including solid lubricants (layered transition metal disulfides, soft metals and polymers), lubricating oils and greases. The further research on the space lubricants was also discussed.
