從1971年,人類第一次發射空間站至今,空間站環境下微生物腐蝕問題,已經成為空間站發展的重要監控對象之一。在外太空條件下,微生物的腐蝕作用會被增強,容易造成航天器內部設備的失效,影響航天器的運行安全。本文在前人對國際號空間站(International Space Station, ISS)和“和平號”空間站(Mir Space Statio, 簡稱Mir)內微生物多樣性的研究基礎之上,羅列了空間站在長期運行條件下,分布的主要優勢菌種。并總結了空間站環境下微生物腐蝕試驗的進展,綜合已有的微生物腐蝕研究,總結了模擬環境下微生物腐蝕試驗方法,為相關的研究工作提供技術支持。

Since the first launch of space station in 1971, the problem of microbial corrosion in space station has become one of the most important monitoring objects. In outer space conditions, the corrosion of microorganisms may be enhanced, resulting in the failure of spacecraft equipment, and affecting the safety of spacecraft operation. Based on the previous study on the international space station and the Mir space station on microbial diversity, the dominate genera of the space station under long-term operation are listed. And this article summarized the progress of the microbial corrosion test in the environment of space station. The methods of microbial corrosion test under simulated environment was summarized, which provides technology support for related research work.
