將磁性顆粒填充于粘彈性基體中可以制備得到具有磁控特性的粘彈性材料,通過調(diào)節(jié)外加磁場可以對其物理性能(如力學(xué)、電學(xué)、光學(xué)、熱學(xué)等性能)進(jìn)行迅速、連續(xù)和可逆的控制。因此磁敏粘彈性材料在振動控制、傳感器、聲學(xué)降噪、電磁屏蔽等領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。綜述了國內(nèi)外包括磁流變彈性體、磁流變膠、磁流變塑性體等在內(nèi)的多種磁敏粘彈性材料的研究進(jìn)展。討論了各類磁敏粘彈性材料的特點(diǎn),從材料制備、性能表征、應(yīng)用研究等方面進(jìn)行了介紹,并就磁敏粘彈性材料未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。

The viscoelastic materials with magneticcontrol properties can be prepared by filling the magnetic particles in the viscoelastic polymer matrix. By adjusting the applied magnetic field, the physical properties (such as mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal properties et al.) of it can be controlled rapidly, continuously and reversibly. Therefore, the magneticsensitive viscoelastic materials have a wide application prospect in the fields of vibration control, sensor, acoustic noise reduction and electromagnetic shielding. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research progress of magneticsensitive viscoelastic materials, including magnetorheological elastomer, magnetorheological gel and magnetorheological plastomer. In this paper, the characteristics of all kinds of magneticsensitive viscoelastic materials are discussed, and the materials preparation, characterization and application research are introduced. Finally, the future development of magneticsensitive viscoelastic materials is prospected.
