隨著國(guó)內(nèi)海洋裝備制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，海外項(xiàng)目日益增多，越來(lái)越多的歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼材被用于海洋工程領(lǐng)域。通過(guò)解讀歐標(biāo)鋼材的分類(lèi)及標(biāo)記，總結(jié)海工領(lǐng)域所使用的歐洲鋼材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有利于掌握歐洲系列鋼材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從而推動(dòng)海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。同時(shí)進(jìn)一步闡述了歐標(biāo)與國(guó)標(biāo)鋼材替代的基本原則，并分析了歐標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材與國(guó)標(biāo)的區(qū)別，發(fā)現(xiàn)歐標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材和國(guó)標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材并不能等效對(duì)應(yīng)。國(guó)內(nèi)海洋工程制造企業(yè)及鋼材供應(yīng)企業(yè)應(yīng)該積極推動(dòng)海洋工程用鋼專(zhuān)用國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)展，提升國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)鋼的應(yīng)用范圍。

With the rapid development of domestic offshore equipment manufacturing industry and the increasing overseas projects, more and more European standard steels are applied in the field of offshore engineering. In this paper, the classification and sign of European standard steels are introduced and the European standards used in offshore engineering fields are summed up. These will help master steel standard for European series and promote the development of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry. Moreover, the basic principle of substitution between European standard steel and National standard steel is put forward, the differences between European standard structural steel and GB standard structural steel are analyzed, the two series of steel cannot be equivalent. The domestic offshore engineering manufacturing enterprises and steel manufacture enterprises should actively promote the development of the special national standard for the offshore engineering steel, and improve the application range of the domestic high strength steel.
